
Dr. Jonah Foutz – Founder / Director / Instructor
Dr. Jonah Foutz, a native of New Mexico, went to the University of New Mexico from 2004 to 2008 and graduated cum laude with bachelor’s degrees (BS) in both biology and chemistry. While he was there he played football for the Lobos and was the president of the New Mexico Pre-Dental Society. Dr. Foutz continued on to the University of Missouri- Kansas City from 2008 to 2012 where he attended the Henry W. Bloch School of Management and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UMKC School of Dentistry.
He currently works as a dentist at Celebrate Dental and Braces, devoting his time and resources to providing advanced dental care to Southwest Albuquerque.
Dr. Foutz believes that high-quality education should be available to everyone and is excited to bring the American Institute of Dental Assisting to his home state.

Alexis Foutz – Instructor & School Director
Alexis Foutz is a native to New Mexico and attended college in Salt Lake City, Utah with a focus in biological sciences. She has been in business management for 6 years and has a background in finance along with a strong medical background from 4 years of CNA work. She is an avid volleyball player and often goes to the USA National Volleyball tournament to compete.
She currently works as a Dental Assistant, Instructor and School Director for the American Institute of Dental Assisting. She oversees all operations with the school from financing, scheduling, enrollment, administration, recruitment and instructing. She assists and supports Dr. Foutz in his dedicated work in providing advanced dental care.
Alexis believes everyone should have the opportunity to follow their career goals and dreams through high-quality education in a reliable and supportive environment. She loves working with students by helping them achieve their career goals by attending the American Institute of Dental Assisting – New Mexico.
